I recently added a few points to our daily production report. It was configured using Excel. The problem is that it is not printing tha hourly closing data for the newly configured points, instead it prints 'ERR', whose description according to the manual is ... 'data error ... data not found in the designated time zone'. Can someone tell me how this problem can be rectified?

 

Make sure hourly closing is checkmarked for new added data in trend builder (pen assignment). This option is not visible in builder by default. Select it from View menu.

Thanks for reply... I am already defining hourly closing. The problem, however, has been solved, the mistake which i was making was that Report Package was defined on one operator station while i defined the closing data on engineering station. It was solved when i defined closing data on the same operator station.
