Communication between Quantum and Twido

In one of our projects we are planning to have QUANTUM series PLC to communicate to a number of TWIDO controllers on Ethernet using Modbus TCP. We want to use the same network for Voice over IP communications as well. Can anybody tell me whether this has created any problems - i.e Voice over IP & Modbus TCP on the same network?
