Communication error

I've a Symax 400 processor. The CPU battery was low and there was a power cut, so I lost the program. Upon completion of program reloading, I tried to monitor the process online and communication between programmer and PLC was lost.

I got the following error message:
Error 74- Response timeout
Check cable connections.

The only output (digital) module that I have is not executing any control.
