Tata Honeywell DCS - TDC 3000 uses files in PASCAL format for reading and writing data to field devices. The operator writes data through touchscreen. Now, a software has to be developed which generates *.DAT files used by DCS to write to field devices i.e through this software operators can write to field devices from remote locations.

Can anyone help? Its urgent.
