I have PCT 23 MKII plant Trainer of Armfild UK controller and logged through PID/PLC software. the Unit consists of Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger in which we control the exit temperature. Now i want to control it via Fuzzy Logic. If any one could have worked on this project. Any other related information and help well be welcomed.

I have developed a very stable control strategy for plate and frame heat exchangers. It has have been used in AB PLC5s. It's fuzzy, if you consider the variables in the calculation are in percent. The temperature out of the exchanger is held steady in unstable process conditions (varying temperatures and/or flow).
