after i dowmload to HIS, the system view display following:

equalize start .HIS1157
ERROErocessing terminated due to connection error (7002)
error=1 warning=0

has anyone see this error code before

Is your domain is 11?

I would like to make some basic questions. Are you sure the communications with this HIS is OK?

It seens like lack of communication.

 

It seems that ur V-net/VL-net connection is loose. Please measure / ensure 50ohms resistance between your V-net connectors inner leed to outer connector.
