It asking to open winrar in a disk ..Do i need to add an external hard drive ?Please give us solution for extracting winrar files

Use poweriso or a similar app, if you are not familiar with vertual disk, search youtube.

it's an iso file, you mount it to a vertual disk drive, search youtube to learn how to deal with iso image disk.
