Has ANSI/ISA-S71.04-1985 Been Withdrawn?

Dear Industry experts,

GLOBALNORM says this norm has been withdrawn, while ISA.ORG still sells this norm and does not indicate that it has been substituted or superseded by a newer norm.

Does anyone know what is the status of this norm?
