We are using GE Mark-V control system for our frame-6 Machine, currently facing HMI Computer communication issues ..in between all the values in the HMI graphic page going to blank with black screen and graphics are remains same, then after a fraction of second coming back to normal, we are using stage link communication between HMI and C processor through CTBA using co-axial cable, any body experience same issue? or you have any solution, please reply

 

Check BNC connectors at both ends (HMI → CTBA board). Ensure tight connections and no corrosion or physical wear.
Replace old coaxial cables, especially if more than 10 years old.

Check with OEM, they may have a better solution.
