This 15 year old thread has a part number for the last version of Win Loader. I would not hold my breath anticipating a response from Honeywell though.

Hi Mark - I probably can dig something out but this is difficult and cumbersome software and hardware - are you looking to complete a backup or restore or something more complex

Requests for Winloader over the past couple years have gone unanswered on this forum and 4 other fora that I participate in.

There's a couple YouTube videos posted in 2017 by an Applied Automation guy (sounds British), but there are numerous Applied Automation companies around the world.

You might luck out, but don't hold your breath.

But be wary. Something in the back of my mind says that Honeywell's proprietary protocol DMCS or DCMS, whichever, might be method of communicating. Hence the converter ? ? ? Does the box have whatever Comm hardware these packages talk to?

I can send you a copy of WinLoader (Compatible upto Win 7) if you are still in need.
Also this USB cable will work perfectly, but must be configured either COM1 or COM2
