I have a three channel incremental encoder (HEDS-9040) and three channel code wheel (500 ppr). First, how can I connect this encoder O/P to PLC S7-200 CPU222 I/P? And do I need to use HSC for the speed control? And how?? In addition, do I need to use PI instruction as well for closed loop control??
If someone can help me regarding this as early as possible than it will be best because I need to finish this project as early as possible... so please...
