I am experiencing a problem with the EGD configuration in our HMI. Specifically, the referenced device T1 is missing from the EGD section, which is preventing us from receiving the necessary data. Here are the details:

1. Problem Overview:
   • The T1 device is not appearing as referenced in the EGD section.
   • As a result, we are not getting the data from the T1 device.
2. Current Status:
   • The TCI (Toolbox Communication Interface) is working perfectly.
   • The T1 (which is the MKV) is properly configured in the Toolbox.
   • The TCI files are actualized and properly showing.
   • When selecting "publish" on EGD, the process completes without any errors.
   • Both T1 and HMIL1A appear as EGD nodes.
3. Actions Taken:
   • Verified the configuration of T1 in the Toolbox.
   • Ensured that the TCI files are up-to-date and properly displayed.
   • Attempted to publish on EGD, which completes without errors.
4. System Details:
   • Running on Windows 10.
   • Using Cimplicity v8.20.
   • ToolboxST v4.07.

Despite these steps, the EGD is not being populated with data from T1. Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Initially I felt you might be missing license. But your all required services are running fine and online.
Appears like the broken link is between your Mark 5 and WorkstationST.
Ask the OEM or the upgrade provider to support on this.
