OMRON CPM1A Programming

I am using the Omron CX-Programmer software attached to a CPM1A. I am trying to determine how to test the flags. As an example the manual states that the CNT instruction will set the "Completion Flag" to on when the counter reaches zero. That is great but how do I test for it.
