One of our customers has a few Modicon systems programmed with the help of Modsoft. However, when printing out the Modsoft program, our new Ricoh printers default to print on A3 paper format. I have to manually instruct the printer to use A4. From documentation available, I have found the correct escape sequence to be sent to the printer. But I don't know how to enter the leading escape character into the entry field in printer setup in the UPF editor. Entering ^[ (as suggested) didn't work.
Does anybody out there know?
