I would like to upgrade Wonderware Intouch 7.0 to Intouch 9.0?

Does this upgradation requires any engineering effort?

Can I use my old Intouch 7.0 I/O servers?

I have upgraded 7.11 to 9 with no problems at all. But when I went from 7.1 to 7.11 there were issues with printing windows, all I had to do was re enter the line of code with the print window statement. As for the IO Servers, you could leave them as is, or update to the latest version of the IO Server you are using. Generally I would update.
