Is there any possibility to reverse a fixed rotation shaded pole motor without taking of the/rotating the stator?

No, the shading rings physically set the direction.

Although self-starting, the shaded-pole motor having copper-straps around the smaller poles, cannot be reversed.

However, there is a solution if reversibility, as well as the benefits associated with the shaded-pole motor, are essential. How about coupling opposing-rotation motors to the load shaft? Of course, the disadvantage is obvious.
