Having an issue connecting to new rosemount 3051C transmitters. I have always used EA software to connect to these via HART adapter and my laptop. when I connect to these new 3051C transmitters the software does see the device but stays it’s an unknown device and I am unable to go online with the device at that point.. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. TY

 

I do believe that Emerson recently changed the firmware versions on those transmitters so you might be having a problem with that.
