Dear Experts,

A small S120 frequency drive is tripping on F30071 "No new actual values were received from the power module fault".
We removed the control unit and cleaned the connection between the power module and the control module. We also ensured that the control unit was properly seated on the power module.
After cleaning the drive ran for some hours but again tripped on the same fault.

What else would I need to check? I have checked the manual and the only remedy is to check the interface (adjustment & locking) to the power module.

Please guide.

Check the connecting cables between the Control Unit and Power Module for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. All ribbon cables inside the Control Unit should be securely attached and in good condition.
