We have project that ordered from Socomec product by using Modbus protocol for Power Monitoring System.

After finish the installation, it has some troubleshoot:
- Socomec control vision software is sometimes shut off automatically??

- DIRIS A20 reading and give the minus value.

Anyone know how to settle that problem???
