Yes, its possible. You have higher capacity drive & a small motor.Hello everyone:
I have schnider 315kw drive and I want test it with 4kw motor.can I do?and pleS tell me how ?can I autotune with this 4kw motor?
Thanks
Thank you very much for reply, yes I sett to vf control mode this Motor control FAN of furnace ,does need disconnected shaft ?Yes, its possible. You have higher capacity drive & a small motor.
In the drive configuration, enter the correct name plate details of the Motor.
CAUTION: While doing Auto Tune, Load must be disconnected from the Motor shaft.
Are you using V/f or vector control ?
Most manufacturers would prefer to predict the motor's mathematical model very accurately so that you can have very precise control on the shaft to fraction of radians. This can be achieved only by disconnecting the load ie., " disconnected shaft" so that your load inertia will not play a role in the mathematical model.Thank you very much for reply, yes I sett to vf control mode this Motor control FAN of furnace ,does need disconnected shaft ?

By the way, Auto Tune will be use by Vector Control modes only.
It doesn't much significance in V/F mode.
Read the OEM's manual to confirm the same.
