The thermovison market has consolidated somewhat.
One of these companies makes a digital still camera for IR.
FLIR is one maker. www.flir.com
AGA a swedish maker, still makes some very good cameras.
Raytheon is another manufacturer

Dear Lakhwinder:

It looks like FLIR has bought up AGA and their Distribution company AGEMA.
Thus www.FLIR.com would be the a logical point for IR cameras. Though some older
AGA cameras are available that use liquid Nitrogen for cooling for your
application.
