Check all wiring and connections for any signs of damage or loose connections. A short circuit or improper connection could cause the actuator to fail during boot.

We were able to get a firmware update from Auma. You need to send the serial number of the MOV that is failing then you can download the files and put it in your flash drive. The problem why it did not work the first time was because the files that I originally had was not really for a firmware update. So, even if it does not boot, it will actually get the update from the flash drive once you insert it (need a reboot to be able to detect).

MWG error will appear if your position module is faulty or has a loose contact. If, after you tried to clean and still showing MWG error, then you have to replace the module. For comm lost, is this a fieldbus device or hart?

i also have the same problem - stuck on bootloader after power failure. i have a snapshots of all actuators but cant to nothing with them since the new coralink accounts locked user access to level 1.
On Auma CDT the firmware on the snapshot for this specific device is this :


Can someone please share this version so i can load it on the actuator? Or is there upgrade directly from the sd card - will it work like this or should be the same?

 

Also if someone has a older version of the CDT software - version that you could change user level access.

The only thing that could fix this issue is a firmware update. You should contact your Auma supplier to send you the files.
