Good day, colleagues.
We are experiencing an issue with ControlWave Micro. Currently, data exchange is carried out via DataRadio and T-96SR radio modems and works correctly. We are replacing the modems with a different manufacturer's product, but data transmission through the new modems does not work.
The new modems were tested using Modbus Poll and Modbus Slave — the exchange was stable. The controllers also communicate perfectly with each other both directly and through DataRadio modems. Communication is implemented via RS-232.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
