Historian on HMI Mark V Not Working

Hi

We Have GE 5002A with Mark V with HMI on windows XP System. Only one problem that we have is historical alarm and event report don't work (empty report).

Any Solution resolve that problem Please?

I presume you are referring to the Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer-based Historical Alarm & Event Log viewer that starts when the user clicks on the icon for MS Windows Internet Explorer?

Has it ever worked? Meaning, did it work for a while and then stopped working?
