I don’t have the MTL 5582B, but I do have the following references in stock:
MTL7278, MTL7265, MTL7056, MTL7055, MTL7028, MTL5031, MTL5045, MTL5073, MTL751AC, MTL7160, MTL5065A, MTL5044, and MTL5018.
Please let me know if any of these could be used as a replacement or adapted for the same application

 

None of the modules you listed are direct replacements for the MTL5082, which is a specialized resistance signal isolator designed to interface directly with 2-, 3-, or 4-wire RTDs (e.g., Pt100) in hazardous areas. Most of your listed modules, such as the MTL7056, MTL7055, MTL7028, and MTL7265, are either digital isolators or zener barriers, which lack the capability to excite and measure resistance signals from RTDs. The closest functionally is the MTL5031, which is a resistance signal isolator, but it’s typically intended for strain gauges and may not be directly compatible with RTDs without additional signal conditioning. If RTD measurement is essential, the recommended and fully compatible replacement is the MTL5582B, which maintains the same functionality and form factor as the discontinued MTL5082.
