I've got a Prolinx 4102 MCM4-DFCM4, which is configured to talk vi two ports to two AB PLC 5/40s. These work fine, mapping 600 registers to the internal data map in the Prolinx box. My problem: I am trying to use Wonderware's ABKF2 serial DF1 driver to talk to the box, but the box keeps NAKing me (HEX 10 15). The cable checks fine via the debug port and hyperterminal, I've tried a few other looped back serial combinations, but the darn thing wont speak. Anybody ever talk to a 4102 with Wonderware? I'm a little doubtful about Prolinx and their file mapping routine within the Prolinx box. Tech support is weak, at best.
