Yes, I suppose they can be. They behave just like normal tags (as far as OPC is concerned), and you can browse them using the RSView OPC Server from any OPC Client. I had tried this from WinCC some time ago and I was successful.

Hi,
RSView SE (and ME) software are OPC Clients only and will not provide data as an OPC Server, unlike RSView32 which was an OPC server.
