WE ARE USING SIEMENS BUILDING AUTOMATION INSTRUMENTS FOR OUR PROJECT, EG.QBE2002-P10.QBE61.3-DP5, QAE2120.010....THESE INSTRUMENTS ARE G1/2 FEMALE CONNECTION TO INSTRUMENT. BUT AS PER OUR PROJECT SPEC WE HAVE TO USE 1/2 INCH NPT THREAD.PROCUREMENT OF INSTRUMENTS FINISHED, BUT MECHANICAL ENGINEER TELLING WE HAVE TO FOLLOW ONLY AMERICAN STANDARD..

PLEASE HELP ME I AM NEW TO THIS FIELD..WE HAVE ANY ADAPTERS OR HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

It is doubtful an adapter will solve your problem. especially in the US, no one wants anything but NPT connections because they are the only thing readily available. Even if not in the US, a lot of people have standardized on NPT connections and all their spares are in NPT.

I think you will either have to get a variance to the spec that requires NPT connections or replace the instruments with some that meet the specs.

Here is a adapter to go from g 1/2 to 1/2 npt
G 1/2 is also known a BSPP British standard pipe.
