    You should specify which two points are being measured. You can’t measure voltage of a single point.

      You are correct. The questions have been updated to state that all voltages are meant to be relative to ground. And we'll assume it's a typical grounded (-) power supply.

    On question 3 some voltage should be measured different from 0v.
